Job Description:

We are seeking two strong Business Analysts (BAs) to join our team on a one-year contract basis. The ideal candidates will have experience in obtaining requirements and project materials for end-to-end cultivation and manufacturing, assisting with data governance, supporting business processes, and Master Data Management (MDM). Both roles will involve participation in the implementation phase.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document requirements for end-to-end manufacturing processes.

• Assist in the implementation of ERP systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline manufacturing workflows.

• Support the implementation of business processes within the ERP system.

 

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with end-to-end manufacturing processes and ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of business analysis principles.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

General Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in relevant fields.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work remotely and manage tasks effectively.
