Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead AWS infrastructure initiatives, cloud modernization projects, and AWS Well-Architected Framework assessments while coordinating engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, status meetings, and delivery reviews.
Coordinate AWS architecture reviews and Well-Architected Framework assessments.
Lead infrastructure discovery, technical assessments, and modernization planning.
Coordinate Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure Engineers, and operations teams.
Track schedules, risks, dependencies, action items, and delivery milestones.
Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to customer stakeholders.
Support modernization across EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, networking, backup, security, and operational processes.
Prepare executive reports, technical assessment reports, and infrastructure modernization roadmaps.
Support project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or technical delivery leadership.
Strong AWS infrastructure experience.
Knowledge of cost optimization, AWS billing, and FinOps practices.
Experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

CSM or PSM
PMP
AWS Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner
